It isn't rocket science to know a change of manager was on the cards but what stupid timing, the new guy will not be able to get his own players in till the next transfer window.

Apparently we have signed Anthony pilkington from nor which for just over 1 million

(4)
(0)

Would we be. Better with Anthony pullis.

(1)

With football all you here is about the top teams in the prem league, who to be truthfull often buy players so they can't play against them. I'm no Swansea fan but credit to Swansea for sticking with Gary monk and I just hope Cardiff give the present management team time, a managers job can be a lonely place for all the money they are paid.

(0)
(0)

Are those so called top teams so great not from what they did over the weekend, is the prem league as good as everyone goes on about, I would prefer to watch a team putting in a shift in and if its Cardiff a few local lads in the team.

(0)
(0)

Can't believe palace fined re spy gate go into any betting shop you can see any predicted team, also palace played the same team for weeks, if any advantage it should have been with us by changing the team knowing the information was out. Company's will be fined for market research next.

(0)
(0)

If we had won against palace we would still have been relegated, mistake may haveen made even by our own staff let's move on and not get mixed in a diversion would could effect this this season.

(0)
(0)

Vincent tan looks like he may have finished mackay in football all this fuss will bring unwanted attention to our club and we will miss out on promotion.

(0)
(0)

I do hope malloy mackay has done no wrong but what's wrong with people show business, members of govenment who think they are above the law who should be squeaky clean.

(0)
(0)

It's time football looked at itself cap wages and tranfer fees, Make clubs live within their means. The inland revenue must be laughing and is the only real winner with football awash with money.

(0)
(0)

Most times a person is knighted then the truth come out about their lives either over sex or money mind you it sells papers.

(0)
(0)

What so amazing is all this happened months ago just shows even in the workplace we all have to pretend to like each other.

(0)
(0)

As long as Cardiff havnt been defrauded of money this saga should be knocked on the head by the f. a. Let's face it most colleges at work I can't stand they all moan about each other trouble is today you can't speak your mind, at least they have stopped sending people to Australia.

(0)
(0)

Vincent tan and malky mackay should shake hands and end this matter they have both done great work for the club, who hasn't made a mistake in life.

(0)
(0)

Ok mr tan you have got your way moody and mackay will most likely never find another job in football . This matter should have been dealt with behind closed doors.

(0)
(0)

This whole situation is going to cause and stir up more problems than its worth wish the police could have spent as much time on solving true criminals.

(0)
(0)

With all the problems in the world a person to person text isn't exacle harming anyone, next thing it will be north v south in England. This whole matter may cause problems. Most supporters get on, let's hope this matter doesn't cause major problems should have been dealt with in house

(0)
(0)

I couldn't stand my boss who owned the firm, I often told him so but he never sacked me. Trouble with football a lucky shot of a defender your a hero a couple of mistakes your out. Would the Cardiff city situation have ended up like this if they had been top of the league guess it would have been swept under the carpet.

(0)
(0)

Mr tan didn't make any complaint when being promoted and doing well in the cup but as they say it's not what you did in the past, it's what's happening at the time.

(0)
(0)

Money will be made out of this situation barristers at £1000 an hour court costs plus the accused selling their story to the papers GIVE THE MONEY TO A CHARITY mr tan even in your own country.

(0)
(0)

Is Malaysia a dictatorship?

(0)
(0)

As long as a text not in anger it's banter. Just think of messages about referee decisions.

(0)
(0)

Malky mackay keeps being termed the scot in the news thought you couldn't say that anymore

(0)
(0)

It's most likely gone to far but mr tan would gain more respect by making up with malky mackay as Harry rednapp said who's gone through life without making a mistake.

(0)
(0)

Now we are at odds with the league management, mr tan don't make our club the laughing stock in football

(0)
(0)

I would say players and people of all kinds get on well in football it's seems you can dislike or make comments on ones own creed but anyone else it's made into a drama.

(0)
(0)

I don't know about malky mackay but where will Vincent tan end up after this saga especially after sinking millions into the club, has he handled the matter the wrong way almost making it a vendetta.

(0)
(0)

What about when managers lay into players at half time, that will be next on the list. Half of them would be out of a job.

(0)
(0)

If the owner of watford can forgive mackay tan can

(0)
(0)

Players have served jail sentences for serious offences and end up playing again, this situation with malky mackay if it's just a few text messages it madness blowing the situation out of proportion, have we all got to pretend to like each other.

(0)
(0)

If malky mackay and moody had a super injunction like pop stars do no one would have known.

(0)
(0)

If the truth was spoken many people are prejudice about one thing or another, if they checked all the the Peter perfect people's mobiles you'd find something. Mackay has worked in football 26 years seems harsh to talk of a ban, sticks and stones will break your bones but names will never hurt you mr tan.

(0)
(0)

Money, money Southampton boasting the profit they have made no mention of the 27 million wasted on Ramirez and oswaldo now on loan, what have Cardiff made, bet money has been lost big time.

Kim Bo Kyung is reluctant to sign a new deal with Cardiff and could leave for £1.5m or for free next season.

(2)
(5)

What a joke Celtic losing 6-1 being given a second chance if it was Cardiff who had lost by that score I wouldn't want to take it. The Warsaw teams opponents in the next round Maribor should be given a bye.

25 Jul 2014 19:26:10
Gary Medel has his heart set on Inter Milan but Cardiff are being realistic and see Galatasaray's £10m bid more suitable than Inter's loan offer.

(0)
(0)

Has he stated that he wants to leave, or are we just assuming he has his heart set on a move?

(0)

25 Jul 2014 19:24:50
Cardiff have had two bids rejected by Southampton for 30 year old centre back Jose Fonte. The first, a mere £1.5m and the second being an improved £3. 25m. Southampton want £5m but Cardiff are confident that £4m will do.

(0)
(1)

Get in for fonte. , saints board are asset stripping the club before they sell if you ask me. Saints supporter

(0)
(0)

Perhaps the player at saints know who taking over did cortese overspend bluebirds need to get fonte quick before the season starts.

(0)
(0)

Not everyone's favourite but Vincent tan wouldn't do what saints are doing let's hope Cardiff get back in the prem their supporters deserve it. Palace fan

West Ham United, Leicester City and Burnley have all expressed some interest in Cardiff City striker Kenwyne Jones. He'll cost around £1m (completely over priced donkey). Leicester are desperate to land him after missing out on Campbell but Ole is keen keeping him.

(0)
(0)

Surprised he's even worth a million. Could be good at this level however and with his huge wages, are any of those clubs going to offer him the same?

(0)
(0)

04 Jul 2014 18:42:36
Qpr agreed a fee with us for caulker up to him now if he wants to stay or go. Medel has also indicated that he want to leave as well. Hopefully we'll be able to replace them adequately.

Fee agreed for Adam le fondre and macheda is having a medical next week. Nice to see the signing being done so quick

(6)
(1)

I agree. I'm impressed at how quickly Ole is getting the players he wants Guerra, Burgstaller, Macheda, now looking like Le Fondre also, all before June 1! That means everybody in training camp from day 1. If they can reel in Grabban as well, Cardiff will have a crazy good attacking force!

Cardiff City are again weighing up a bid for Leeds United striker Ross McCormack after missing out on the 28-goal man.
If City fail in their attempts, they will turn their attention to Lewis Grabban of Bournemouth who has a release clause in his contract for £3Million

!

Bluebird_Insider

(9)
(8)

Would like them both at city next season. We need goal scorers and if campbell goes we will be left with that donkey kenwyne

(0)
(0)

What about mason and maynard two good strikers who are proven goalscorers

(0)
(0)

Dont be silly, if, and a big if because he ain't going, he went anywhere it would be prem, not another championship team

(0)
(0)

Ross is a good player but a problem player. He is bad for dressing room morale which is so important. That is why Leeds have done so badly.

Keep him!

(0)
(0)

Nothing to do with RM, it was just a crap squad of players

Palace have denied the claims they obtained the Bluebirds team sheet 24 hours early "That is incredibly, extraordinarily untrue. That is untrue, completely untrue. Absolutely not - not under any circumstances. "

(1)
(5)

Interesting, the club have confirmed they have firm evidence to back up the claims?

(0)

11 Apr 2014 09:11:31
Cardiff have requested the Premier League look into their allegations that Crystal Palace had their team sheet 24 hours early through foul means.

Is Tan just paranoid, or does he really have a case?

31 Jan 2014 13:38:30
defender Davide Astori has been approach by cardiff city talks are going well but there is still a lot to do to get it finished in time

(3)
(5)

I don't think Cardiff can blame a previous manager over transfer deals, look at Liverpool they signed Andy carrol and lost millions. Signed Suarez at the same time who must be one of the most valuable players in the world, Southampton have spent a fortune only wanyama and Lovrens have turned out well oswaldo and ramerez big money signings you'd question. You could say the same for every club.

(0)
(0)

Go for free transfers or players out of contract then the owner can't moan about the money he's lost, surely they have sold and made a profit on someone. I'm sure any player Dave mackay sign was in good faith, is the club starting to draw attention away from it's league position what're ever happens it won't be tans fault

(0)
(0)

Astori it's just a story

(0)
(0)

Ok the club have spent 30 million but what about the revenue from sky ect. We all agree that the money in football is crazy but look at any large business any profit made pays the interest on the debt. Look at Bolton 130 million in the red. Let's hope vicent has deep pockets for a short man.

(0)
(0)

Don't worry about Vincent tan he's taking mugs money running the lottery in his own country

Oooops, I got that one wrong, Cornelius is being sold back to F. C. Copenhagen for a reported 3m, we lose 5m, what a waste.

(2)
(4)

Zaha signed on season long loan. Finished his first team session today with Cardiff. Put a photo on Instagram with a city shirt on stating it too

(0)
(0)

Looking at zaha body languege in his tv interview it looked to me as if moyes and Manchester united may have destroyed his confidence, he'd have been better off going back to palace plus near his family.

(0)
(0)

Lets play find the palace fan oops I found him

(0)
(0)

You do wonder how zaha can be almost unplayable in man u. Pre season games and then seemed to be forgotten as Ian holloway said he was a little fish in a big pond, a young lad in a new environment.

(0)
(0)

After seeing zaha against Norwich what has gone on at united, he's a game changer.

What if anything is happening with the proposed Zaha loan move? Is it ongoing or off?

Cardiff are close to signing kenwyn jones with odemwinge going the other way in a swap deal not sure about money involved though. Mike

(6)
(2)

Him again. He's absolutely rank, so Ole, steer clear!

(0)

I would do any thing to get peter out

(0)
(0)

Whats the news on Ramis

(0)
(0)

Apparently failed his medical

(0)
(0)

Has Ole got any other centre half's in mind?

(0)
(0)

How about John Terry lol lol

(0)
(0)

Heard bid for highly rated Man U centre back. Name was Thorpe. Think first name Tom or Tim. Would be loan but there are issues with having 2 loan players from same club (Ed is that true that you can only have 1 player on loan from any other club?) {Ed001's Note - yes, though I think the loan to buy option enables you to take a second one. The loan rules this season aren't entirely clear to be honest.}

kp99

(0)
(0)

Any news on Ramis Ed? Is it true he failed hi medical. If there was one place I would like us to strengthen is in the centre of defence. I am happy with the new editions so far. {Ed001's Note - not sure, we know there were issues with his medical, but it is unclear whether they will just mean renegotiations or if the deal is dead now.}

Berget deal done

(9)
(1)

It's now on ccfc home page it's official starting to worry though all 3 signings are not proven at this level of football I pray they step up and keep us up

A proven prem player doesn't exist. Every team takes that chance when bringing in players. Were looking at you Kevin Dr bruyne.

Cardiff signings before window shuts

Fabio -man utd 500k
Jo Inge Bergen -molde 1.2 mill
Wilfried zaha - Manchester United loan
Ivan Ramos - Wigan 2mill
Mirloslav klose - lazio 2.5 mill

(9)
(2)

Now that would be great for cardiff but not sure on klos but hope they all make a big impact

(0)
(0)

I can't wait to see the new lads in action as a cohesive unit, alongside the talent we already have. Last place or not I think this is an exciting time for our bluebirds, with some great results upcoming!

Fabio on the way to Cardiff on a permanent basis joining zaha (loan), should play against united on Tuesday.

(4)
(0)

I hope this is happening

(0)
(0)

Fabio hasn't really had his big break at United, just as Caulker hadn't at tottneham, so here's hoping he can make a name for himself if its true. IF.

(0)
(0)

I think he'd shine at city and he's available for a bargain price. We need to hurry up before anybody else gets him.

Ivan Ramos, wigans 29 year old centre back is being heavily linked with a move to Cardiff, with Palace and Forest said to be losing ground on his signature.

He's had limited opportunity so far this season with a few injuries being the main problem. Personally, this sounds like a poor move, and I'd rather see a younger player come in.

(1)
(0)

Its all about survival this season

I was under the impression that was for a toe injury. Surely Cardiff staff will want a medical conducted locally.

Cardiff city representatives are due to meet with the agent of Miroslav klose in Italy this week to thrash out details of his move to the welsh capital.
He is expected to be at old Trafford next week to watch his new side.

(11)
(8)

I thought ole Gunnar solkjear wanted young players not OAP.

(0)
(0)

Makes sense, we need a goal scorer to stay in the league he is available and they don't come any better than him even at 34 he is still in the German squad for the World Cup!

(0)
(0)

I can't see it my self but if he comes he will be welcomed with open arms. Up the bluebirds

(0)
(0)

I agree that Klose is good enough, but he is not 34, he was 35 back in June.

popeye21

(0)
(0)

I think he will be an excellent signing look at Kevin Phillips 40 and still scoring and klose is better than him

(0)
(0)

I'd rather develope a talent than have a first team player who can only decline.

(0)
(0)

No time for developing at the moment, we need a quick fix for the second half of season, but we will need to develop for the future I totally agree.

Hugo Rodallega set to have a medical at the club after Fulham accepting a £2.5m bid from Cardiff

(1)
(16)

I don't think so.

(0)
(0)

Me neither.

I hear from a top agent with players with us we have bought a 20 year old striker from Wolves but we are leaving him there till the end of the season, he would't tell me his name trough, any ideas?

(1)
(6)

Jake cassidy is their only 20 year old striker

(0)
(0)

No it a striker called McAlinden every body and their dog is after him, Wolves best kept secret apparently, if he is going it won't be to us I doubt not if its true that the likes of Liverpool and Everton are in the race Wolves forums rate him highly.

Cardiff City have according to rumours placed a 7 million bid for Genk's Jelle Vossen?

(6)
(4)

Could be true it's quite clear that he wants a striker a left back and a winger

(0)
(0)

What? You mean this guy can do all these things? Multi-tasker eh!

(0)
(0)

17 Jan 2014 10:29:32
Now he is back from holiday in Dubai and Celtic have signed a replacement Joe Ledley is talking about coming back to solve the left sided midfield problem. The holiday delayed talks and consequently is the reason for the delay on Whittingham moving to Villa.

kp99

(0)
(10)

Would there be a fee. Or will he run down his contract to shaft Celtic like he did to us?

Redbird

(0)
(0)

Used to love watching Ledley and no doubt he has improved at Celtic. But can he be forgiven for his past transgressions? Not so sure.

(0)
(0)

Joe is a great player but I for one still have a bitter taste in my mouth from how he left us would welcome him back if need be but is he a left winger really more of a dep center mid same as whits what is needed is pace and skill like noon to get to the game line

(0)
(0)

Leave the judas in Scotland he cost city a lot of transfer revenue after them spending years nurturing his talent, wish we had Steve Bruce as manager he will keep Hull up because when he identifies they are not scoring goals he goes out and gets strikers what's going on with us we bought an 8 million cart horse are leaving promising young strikers leave and relying on Campbell to score all our goals with rubbish service into him, goals win games and we ain't scoring enough!

Jonny Blue

(0)
(0)

This is the premier league fella. We were always going to struggle. And the young strikers we have had little impact last season in the championship.

Ed please say it's true that were after Morrison from west ham? {Ed001's Note - Solskjaer rates him highly, so it is very possible, but he also knows how much trouble he got into at United and why he was booted out. I would be surprised if he was willing to take a chance on him at this stage.}

(6)

Thanks ed I rate him highly too!
